    OEwaves phase noise measured better than multiplied state of the art SAW/Crystal Oscillators in a compact 10GHz Opto-Electronic Oscillator Brassboard (8" x 12" x 1.7"). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) also validated OEwaves' measurement of -145dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset in their facility.
    This demonstration was conducted as part of a DARPA contract, managed by ARL, and is a critical accomplishment toward a future prototype that will address challenging environmental operating conditions such as vibration sensitivity and temperature range. As a continuation of this effort, OEwaves further reduced the overall package size significantly to 4.3" X 5.9" X 0.94", approximately one-eighth of the previously demonstrated package volume.
